To be state sales tax exempt, BMS must have your tax exempt form on file.
You must call or write us for an R.M.A. number prior to returning any unused BMS products. All returns must be made within 10 days from the date of original purchase. At the discretion of BMS, a restocking charge of up to 20% may be charged. Any made to order non-stock or special items cannot be returned for any reason.
Except as otherwise stated, the only warranties applying to materials sold are those, if any, specifically provided by the manufacturer. As sellers, BMS make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, workmanship, quality, durability or suitability, including those instances where changes, alterations or modifications are made in materials at the request or instruction of the purchaser.
