Any estimated freight charges shown on the website or Order Confirmation e-mail are subject to change based on actual costs. Shipping estimates represent the cost of normal ground service within the 48 contiguous states for orders meeting UPS weight and dimensional standards. Products considered hazardous or in need of special handling require additional shipping charges, which are the customer's responsibility.
At BMS Burns, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please call 1-800-345-7693 to resolve any issue. An RMA (Return Material Authorization) is required before returning any product. You must call BMS Burns for an RMA. A BMS representative will discuss the best action for returns, repairs, replacements, or credits. All items are subject to a re-stocking charge.
The BMS Burns e-commerce website accepts all major credit cards. Approved customers may order on prearranged payment terms by emailing a purchase order.
To apply for open account terms, complete and return our CREDIT APPLICATION. All open accounts are Net-30 days. Full payment for invoiced amounts is due 30 days from the date the invoice is issued. A 1-1/2% (18% per annum) service charge may be assessed on all accounts that become past due.
Unless otherwise stated, the only warranties applied to materials sold are those, if any, specifically provided by the manufacturer. As sellers, BMS Burns makes no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, workmanship, quality, durability, or suitability, including those instances where changes, alterations, or modifications are made in material at the request or instruction of the purchaser. J.H. Burns Inc dba BMS Burns’ obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of defective part(s) or, at our sole option, to refund the purchase price. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall J.H. Burns Inc dba BMS Burns be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages or losses of any nature.
